Gordon Ramsay and Alicia Silverstone have joined forces with American plant-based drinks brand Silk for its new campaign, promoting the brand as 'the Greatest Oatmilk of All Time (G.O.A.T.)'.

Silk’s oat milk range has proved popular in the US and has recently been voted the best tasting oat milk in the US.

Ramsay and Silverstone joined the campaign as they're deemed 'the greatest in their own fields'.

In a social post promoting the campaign, Gordon Ramsay confessed: “It took my kids getting on me, but now I really enjoy cooking more plant-based dishes at home and in my restaurants.

“Let me tell you, I know greatness when I taste it, and I am loving Silk Oatmilk for both sweet and savoury recipes.”

Since 2018, Ramsay has become more dedicated to including plant-based options in his restaurants.

The celebrity chef explained: “From a restaurateur’s point of view, I could see a more creative demand for it. So it keeps chefs on their toes. And then when I got to delve into the detail of what that movement meant, I had gone on to oat milk.

Celebrities with a huge social platform, such as Gordon Ramsay, play a crucial role in the plant-based movement.

Their voices can influence thousands of people to try a plant-based diet, whether that’s a few meals a day or fully converting.

Stars such as Kim Kardashian, Billie Eilish, and Lewis Hamilton have used their platform to share the incredible benefits of a plant-based lifestyle.
