The new Spring 2018 brand campaign from Dior Homme features Robert Pattinson embracing the spirit of an artist for an expression of freedom, seen through Karl Lagerfeld’s lens.
Like previous fashion campaigns, Pattinson was photographed in Paris by Lagerfeld and the clothes were designed by Dior Homme’s creative director Kris Van Assche.

In one black-and-white picture, taken in an artist’s studio, the actor is dressed in a suite and tie with a pair of hip sneakers. In a second image, Pattinson is seen in the same studio dressed more laid back with a knapsack nearby. A third picture shows him again in a suit, but no tie. And in the fourth shot, which was also shared on social media by the fashion house, Pattinson is photographed up-close in a casual top and sunglasses.
As noted, Pattinson has been affiliated with Dior Homme for several years, often appearing on red carpets in suits designed by the fashion house. Among his earliest endeavors was being a celebrity ambassador for the Dior Homme fragrance.
In the past, Lagerfeld has said that Pattinson is "easygoing and easy to photograph." Still, the famed designer has expressed, "There is something mysterious about him… His profile is the modern version of an antique coin." And Assche has called the actor "a rebellious contemporary icon."
