Meridian Foods, a producer of organic and natural nut and seed butters, has announced Wasps captain and England rugby player James Haskell and Olympic hockey gold medallist Alex Danson as its first sporting ambassadors.

The appointment of sporting brand ambassadors comes at a time when, according to the brand, sales of nut butter in the UK are at an all-time high.
