Bell Agam, a transgender actor and activist, has been named as one of Victoria's Secret's ambassadors in Israel.
Bell Agam, 39, rose to prominence as a reality TV star in 2004 and has since appeared in a number of shows, most recently in the KIDZ channel young adult series HaTachana (The Station) in 2019.
“I’m glad to know that Victoria’s Secret and I will be cooperating during these times to celebrate the freedom of all genders and sexual orientations,” Belñ Agam said following the Monday announcement, according to the Ynet news site.
“Some among us hold misguided opinions against my community and think they can scare us with their primitive notions, but neither I nor the community fears any of them. We’re here to stay,” Bell Agam added.
