Laura Whitmore announced as Diet Coke Ireland ambassador

Irish TV presenter and model Laura Whitmore has been named an ambassador for Diet Coke Ireland, and will star in the brand's upcoming #BecauseICan campaign.

Laura Whitmore for Diet Coke TV presenter and celebrity model Laura Whitmore made a fleeting trip home to Dublin yesterday to celebrate the launch of Diet Coke’s ‘Because I Can’ series in the heart of the city. The brand campaign, which aims to celebrate the good things in life, is designed to give Diet Coke drinkers access to a series of once-in-a-lifetime opportunities to explore one of their passions and enjoy some carefree fun with Diet Coke. Kicking things off in style at Yamamori Tengu, Laura was joined by Darren Kennedy who quizzed her on her own ‘Because I Can’ attitude and the little moments in life that make her feel good – hanging out with a mate, having a boogie on the dancefloor or playing with her dog in the park. RELATED: Laura Whitmore Teams Up With Naked Juice As part of the campaign, there will be a series of events over the coming months including a dance masterclass with Dancing with the Stars Maia Dunphy and partner Robert Rowinski, a chance to learn nail art from the pros at Tropical Popical Places at these free events will be available through social media by following the hashtag #BecauseICan via Diet Coke Ireland’s Instagram and Facebook. The Survival of the Fittest host follows in the footsteps of fellow Diet Coke ambassador Holly Willoughby, and took to Instagram to post 'So excited to be the new ambassador of @dietcokeie Shooting something fun today!'.
