Legendary singer Cher, who recently appeared at the Paris Balmain show and appeared as a sci-fi goddess in the fall-winter advertisements, fronts Balmain's Blaze handbag campaign.
Rousteing designed Cher's catsuit, which she can be seen wearing in both the photos and the movie, and which has a zippered-looking hardware like armor.
"As I explained to my team, I imagined these bags as being key components of the boldest entrances. For me, these designs evoke the impressive shields carried by the fearless superheroes of my youth—and I really love the idea of our Balmain Blaze adding an empowering sensation of invincibility as the perfect final touch for every ensemble." Said Olivier Rousteing.
For the Cher campaign, Michail Pelêt and Victoria Pavon created the artwork. Now Open TV and Olimpic prepared the visual effects. Serena Radaelli is responsible for the hair, and Francesca Tolot is responsible for the makeup. Cher looks amazing in this campaign, and it fits her perfectly.
