Brad Paisley, a world country music star, became an ambassador for the United24 platform and supported the "Rebuild Ukraine" initiative.
Brad Paisley, a world-renowned country music artist, has joined the team of ambassadors for President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy's United24 fundraising platform. The Grammy and Academy of Country Music Award winner will back the "Rebuild Ukraine" initiative.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy thanked the musician for his support during the online call.
“Thank you for choosing to join the Rebuilding direction. Many people’s lives have been destroyed. Now we need to involve as many celebrities as possible to draw attention to the need to restore the homes of Ukrainians affected by the war,” the Head of State said.
“I’m not alone in my desire to help Ukraine,” said Brad Paisley, “but like many people in America, I wasn’t sure how to reach out from the United States. I am very fortunate to be joining a platform that will allow me to do so. As an American, I see how similar we are, how many values we share with the brave Ukrainians, and I will focus my efforts on helping Ukrainian families rebuild their homes and return home.”
Brad Paisley has three Grammys, fifteen Academy of Country Music Awards, fourteen Country Music Association Awards, and two American Music Awards to his credit. He became the first artist to have ten consecutive number one singles on the Billboard Country Airplay chart in 2008.
